Am I feeding my Bearded Dragons correctly?

Ok, so I have two dragons, one is a baby less than two months old im sure, i feed him small / medium small crix, and i have a tiny bowl that contains small shredded up romaine lettuce and finely chopped apples.
For my baby, is this an ok diet,
There are several problems with your current diet.
One, romaine should never be fed, nor should anything with the word "lettuce" in it. Switch to a healthier green like collards, turnips or mustards. Apples are okay as a treat,

I never feed anything that can fight back, because I don’t want my reptiles getting bitten or hurt. in Tempe, AZ and I think it was around $4 or $5 for a dozen (including the food for the Goliath worms.
