reptile stomatitis help - stomatitis (mouth rot) pathogens?

I am aware that there are 4 different types of pathogen, bacteria, viral, funagl and metazoan parasites

I was just trying 2 research what types of bacteria, virus ect is involved in the mouth rot process... heres what i have already..
